My money is that was going to get more liquor then the had the encounter. He was allegedly at a party In the area and left solo.

If she wasn't there, I don't think she would be called except maybe at a sentencing hearing.
Eta: hard to say with any real convidence because we don't really know the evidence, but my hunch is this is a kid with enough money for a good defense and pleads to a lesser charge with minimal (relatively speaking) actual jail time.

Idk, I'm no lawyer.
Garrett is not in a good position here, especially if the guy is as decrepit as he looks in photos. Hard to get away with a self-defense excuse when you kick a guy like that on the ground.
I know some stout 60 year olds that I wouldn't frick with, that picture doesn't look like one.
