You say that now but as soon as you and 74 get your Soros check with marching orders you will be all over that narrative.

People plead to the shite you have cold on them to avoid giving up bigger shite.

And if all they can get are process crimes like perjury and false statements, then they have nothing on Trump.

How small the plea and how big the larger charge are not something you're in a position to credibly speculate on. I'm not either.

Ah, appeal to authority fallacy. Thanks.

Actually, it's a position that federal prosecutors have taken and confirmed. It's standard practice, especially at the federal level. I know this because I've had conversations with lawyers and one judge about this topic in college.

Sure they may let the smaller fish get lighter sentences but they're not going let them beat the whole rap sheet of charges.

Because when people with a lot to lose cop to felonies, it's typically because they don't want to stand trial for bigger felonies.

Not how it works.

Who said it's all they can get?

Yeah. That's pretty much how it works.

Flynn deserved to pay a price. He lied to the VP and he lied to the FBI. I agree with NT74, though, that Flynn could easily be providing fodder for Mueller since his 'crime' was so relatively minor. We don't know. The legal team for Flynn cut off communication with Trump's legal team.

And yet if those indictments were/are a credible precursor to proving collusion and getting Trump impeached, they would pled guilty to a hell of a lot more than simple perjury and false statements as they would've pled guilty to espionage and conspiracy charges just to name a couple as its the same thing they would be going after Trump for. Only difference would be lesser sentences.

You're an attorney right? Look up what Flynn is accused of regarding RT and dinner with Putin and then OGE Memo LA 16-08 on 18 USC 207. Now, I'm not an attorney or well read on these matters but I'm reading it as either he was ok to talk to people in Russia because he was part of a campaign at the time, or he's absolutely fricked? And I'm thinking the Trump campaign have already insisted he didn't join until much after the Stein-Flynn-Putin dinner.

So even with just that out in the open, look at the memo Qs 11, 12 and 20. He's fricked. And so Mueller went incredibly easy on him right?

And if so, why?

So much drool over a Devin Nunes bit of partisan hackery. Yes, that Devin Nunes... Trump's number one toadie in the House.

It's so funny how Sean Hannity can whip you fools into a frenzy. Benghazi didn't work for you, Lois Lerner didn't work for you, Seth Rich didn't work for you, so now it's THE MEMO.

OH MY GOD! THE MEMO!

Nobody's quaking, trust me.

You mean like the time Devin Nunes had to recuse himself from the Russia investigation because he had leaked classified material to the press?

LMAO.
