Restoration hardware crib and dresser are being delivered today. Should I tip these dudes for assembling the crib? The delivery fee was not exactly cheap. I always hear stories that sound like putting cribs together can be a shite show.

Nb4 congrats on the sex.

What say you: Tip or no tip?

Tip if you feel like they were nice and did a good job.
Why does everyone need the OT to tell you when is a good time to tip?

Tip if they assemble on site.

Don't tip if already assembled when it arrives

Offer water either way

Try to be a better parent than yours were to you, teach your baby how to use a wrench and assemble it themselves

Ask them if they would like a Coke and Smile. If they say, yes, give them a Coke. If not, well... you tried.

Someone tipped me $10 on a $90 job. I explained I pocket all the money anyway, but he was happy.

I only tip jobs that expect it, but if you think service warrants, then tip.

You couldn’t transport a fricking crib on your own? What, do you have a smart car?

Wait, you paid $3,000 for a dresser and crib and you are on here asking if you should give the delivery guy a tip?
I think you could spare the $10 and I'm sure he would be happy as all hell.

Put it together yourself and quit acting like a Nancy boy.
