Post Your Homer Picks You Would Be Excited If We Drafted

As a Notre Dame and SLU fan, I would be ecstatic if the Saints were able to get Equanimeous St. Brown, WR Notre Dame, and/or Sione Teuhema, OLB SLU.
St. Brown is quietly really good, a great route runner, tall, fast, and athletic. Doesn't have the stats of a top WR, but that is more on the offense around him than his play. Not having a second may hurt because I don't see him lasting until our 3rd round pick, and not sure he's worth a first.
Teuhema is a player we can legit get in the 3rd or 4th round. He is a fast OLB who is a playmaker. He can fill the Kikaha role, but also step up against the run and cover the flats. He had some off the field problems at LSU, but he kept himself out of trouble at SLU, and from all the scouting reports I've seen they say those problems weren't major. Bonus: his brother would be a nice OL pick in the later rounds also.

Honestly wouldn’t mind getting Kevin Toliver in the later rounds if there. With good coaching and work on his technique I think he could be an animal. Guy wasn’t a consensus 5 Star for nothing.

Don't think there are any LSU players in this draft that excite me besides Guice and I think we can all agree we don't need a RB.

You wouldn't take Key? I think he would solidify the DL, but no way he's lasting to our pick.

I loved Key last (2016) year, but this year I think he showed the type of player he is. He will end up having a similar career to Dion Jordan imo. He's a freak but he definitely lacks drive.

I’m not buying anything LSU is selling this year.
We don’t need Guice.

I wouldn’t take Key. Only guys I want on LSU’s roster now are Greedy Williams and Devin White.

I'd be thrilled with Roquan, but I just want some serious help on the o-line.

We need a solid OLB, DE, or OT in the 1st round.
Give me Roquan (LB), Christian Wilkins (DE), or Orlando Brown (OT) and I would be happy. I would follow this pick with a CB or Safety after trading Vacarro for a high second round pick.
To bad Devin White isn't eligible as he would be my No.1 pick hands down. He's a larger version of Debo Jones that could take away the flat, bust up screens, cover the TE, and rush the passer.

How in the hell do you come up with a name like this?
All jokes aside, dude can ball, so I would be down with it.

His father, John Brown, had a college friend at Cal State Fullerton who was writing a book featuring a character named Equanimeous. Brown inquired about the name, and his friend said it was inspired by the word equanimity, which, according to Merriam-Webster’s online dictionary, means “calm emotions when dealing with problems or pressure.” Brown liked the name so much that he vowed to bestow it on his first son.
The family as a whole seem like some great athletes and smart all around. His brother was at Stanford, and the youngest (and allegedly the best) just committed to USC.

Not a homer pick but would love to get UGA linebacker. Of course, they would have to put together something to trade up.
As far as homer picks, how about Will Clapp in mid-rounds? Not an immediate need pick, but Unger isn't getting any younger. I could see Clapp being a mainstay at center in the NFL for many years (think of McClure.)
