Must have happened outside Sanctuary City's city limits for an arrest to be made.

This story has all kinds of WTF in it...
Like, WTF - the police had to deploy spike strips to get the bus to stop... was the driver drunk/high or was the illegal threatening to kill him if he stopped?
Like, WTF - this a-hole was deported in 2012 but came back illegally and was working in Chicago?
Like, WTF - why didn't one of the passengers cap his arse or at a minimum beat the frick out of him?
Like, WTF - why isn't there a video?
