We are 2 and 2. We have improved on defense, and keep fighting even when we are having a bad shooting night. We are just not a physical team, and will struggle on those bad shooting nights. Hey guys, prior to the season, had someone asked how you’d feel if we started 2-2, you’d have been pretty pleased, right?

completely agree. Great start for a great young coach.

Yeah, 2-2 in those 4 games was overachieving if you asked me before conference play started, just frustrating knowing those 2 wins came away from home, gotta win games in your building

The players are trying and playing hard. The coaching seems to be a lot of talk and hype. A big show that is not getting the most out of the players. I am pleased with 2-2 but with better coaching we could easily be 3-1.

And with the guy you want to be coach we'd be 0-4

With these players and this level of fan support he would have won both home games.

Yeah but his roster would look literally nothing like this, so your argument is invalid... And Avery Johnson would have coached him into the ground last night

The rebounding was poor and the players seemed lethargic the first half ... that is on coaching. It didn't help that Alabama had such a high FT percentage.

He is Coach Jones. Wade talks big, chides the fans into attending, then can't win at home.

Please tell me your not talking about Jones. I’m not sure the word defense was in his vocabulary.

threes weren’t falling and give those 6’5” and 6’7” guards credit. Their height was an issue for our perimeter shooters plus they can rebound. They are the best defensive team in the conference and it showed. Great defensive teams make games look ugly. It’s pretty simple.

Some truth to that but I hate when Alabama beats LSU.

Dude for your sake I hope you are trolling. If not I pray that you haven't reproduced.

Will Wade is the best thing to happen to LSU basketball since Dale Brown and it is early but he might be better than Dale. This program was a complete shite show before he was hired. JJ couldn't have gotten any of these new players to sign with LSU and he damn sure couldn't have gotten production out of them.

We are one Waters’ prayer away from being the same old LSU basketball team @ 1-3. All I ask is from them is to keep it competitive between Football and Baseball season. Just need about 2 months of entertaining play

They couldn’t do that for the last few years. Pitiful program.

Aside from the rebounding last night, the only thing I was really disappointed in were some extremely lazy looking passes. Just did not look like a sense of urgency was there st times in moving the ball around.
