I’m so much looking forward to LSU Sports for years to come

Thank You! I attended my first Tiger game in Shreveport in 1959. Billy Cannon and company could've won another crown if not for Tennessee. They beat Baylor 22-0.
Since then I've been a fan through thick and thin. Yes, the early '90's were a test for ANY fan and the thoughts of a coaching change were never far away in my mind. But, I didn't resort to name calling or disparaging the coach or his family.
How can some of you (a lot, in fact) justify calling a man a liar, a con man and worse when you have NO idea about him other than as a football coach. You ignore his acknowledged success in the early signing period. You ignore the fact players love him and his staff. Your disdain for the man is disgusting. No five stars? I think there were 14 this year. His signing class has many 4 stars. Boise State, Utah and others create havoc with 2 and 3 stars.
Please, give the man a chance and enjoy the season. If it doesn't work out it isn't because of anything other than winning or losing a few close games. Can't you enjoy what's been given to you until it is proven to be a mistake?

yeah we as fans should just frick when our clown ad hires hc that Vandy wouldnt let run their defense and an oc that has spent more time in the last 20 years coaching Highschool than being a fulltime oc.

It's pretty easy actually, he stood in front of LSU fans and said he was going to get the best coaching staff in the country then turned around and hired a bunch of his buddies.

He said "we are gonna go, go, go, pedal to the metal" just to turn around and get conservative against Florida and Bama in '16 and the beginning of the Auburn game this past year.

He said he was going to let his coaches coach and then admitted to interfering with the offense 4 games into the season.

I'm curious what you refer to someone as when they say one thing and then do another because he's done that more than he's kept his word at this point.

Is Clemson’s best coach Dabo or Brent Venebles?

I always look forward to it no matter how bleak. I contracted my "have to watch" disease in the mid 80s with Wendell Davis, earthquake game, and Hodson. Not optimistic about results, but always excited to watch.

I like Aranda and the job he has done, but frankly, I was not impressed with the ND game ..
I give him a pass because of some players sitting out, but we lost the game in part because a D player did not do his job and tried to be a hero.

Is this a 60+ only thread?

Or can I say that the state of this football program is a joke?
