This station plays Neil Diamond's "Cherry, Cherry" on loop all the time. You can't tell when the song begins or ends.

Certification: Cool Story

It's called "stunting". Radio stations do this when they're switching formats.

This particular one has been going on since the beginning of December. No word on what is coming.

This happened to KPPX Rebel Radio in LA about 25 years ago.

This happened with a BR station a few years ago. Some Katy Perry song over and over and over again.

Roar, maybe?

Do they acknowledge it?

Happened when I was young with Billy Ray Cyrus and Achy Breaky Heart. They would come on air and announce the next song as something else only to play BRC again for hours.

Pretty funny at the time.

Ah, yes, when they switched to the relaxing sounds of The Rain.

Should've just play The Lone Rangers' demo.

Perhaps Jackson should do the same with its interstate loops through town. You could just loop and never have to see how bad its getting.

I heard it's going to be a tribute station to Zamfir and his pan flute music.
