Reality is we play in the SEC West. We can't all be 11-1. We all want the same thing. Another national title. But as we work toward that...remember to enjoy yourself some... We were pretty close to a 10 win season with some obvious severe deficiencies.

Well said. Some people just aren’t happy unless they are miserable. Same kind of people that wonder their whole lives why they always get the raw deal, the man is against them, life is unfair to me, why don’t I get promoted etc., etc. let them be unhappy, it’s the only thing that makes them happy.

While I think the LSU team is talented, therein lies the issue. Unlocking the potential.. and it’s the coaches job to do so.
The problem is, we have a stud MLB, but are the rest of them studs? Because that’s what separates good from great. Greedy is a fantastic DB, but are the others near his level? Because that’s the difference between a great defense.
We have ‘improved’ receivers, but do we have championship caliber receivers. Do we have a solid QB? Or QBs with a bunch of potential.
I think we’re on par for about the same season. Probably 8 regular season wins.

Maybe because the head coach was a catastrophic failure at Ole Miss and only went 9-4 against the easiest schedule in 30 years? Or because the binder was based on good coordinator hires and he botched his first one?
