If anything they are allowing O to hit the fast forward button
There is no way in hell the majority of them would prefer SE over half the names mentioned

I don't believe this at all. Being the OC at LSU would be a huge pay increase over most of their current jobs. It would also look good on a resume.

While I agree, I also feel like young OCs would be lining up at Allevas doorstep to take the job. No matter who the HC is. The opportunity to receive a significant pay raise, as well as turn around a notoriously mediocre offense and propel their career seems like a spot that would be fought over. I'm just in awe right now, really.
