German politician charged with crime for calling Boris Becker's son "half- negro"

I have no words. Germany is lost.
Stupid? Yes but to charge the man with a "crime?"

Germany has a bunch of anti-speech laws. You can't criticize certain groups. I thought this was common knowledge.

Well, as it stands, saying half negro warrants a 10 year sentence to the Gulag. Had he tempered it to 1/4th he would only get 5 years.
