No. Hot boxing is how you get busted. Smoke it outside. Preferably with a good cup of coffee.

Yeah but they'll give up weed. It's their meth that they mostly care about

That makes the people of Colorado as dumb as Sessions. Single issue voters suck more than uninformed voters

Maybe so, but they have political power and most of them line up against the private prison complex, mandatory minimums and war on pot. So if there is a “single” issue it’s almost everything the justice Department is trying to do in this Administration. It’s a political and practical loser on a massive scale.

DENVER — The U.S. Attorney for the District of Colorado said Thursday there will be no immediate changes in marijuana enforcement after Attorney General Jeff Sessions rescinded a policy that paved the way for legalized pot to flourish in states across the country.

“Today the Attorney General rescinded the Cole Memo on marijuana prosecutions, and directed that federal marijuana prosecution decisions be governed by the same principles that have long governed all of our prosecution decisions,” U.S. Attorney Bob Troyer said.

“The United States Attorney’s Office in Colorado has already been guided by these principles in marijuana prosecutions — focusing in particular on identifying and prosecuting those who create the greatest safety threats to our communities around the state.

“We will, consistent with the Attorney General’s latest guidance, continue to take this approach in all of our work with our law enforcement partners throughout Colorado.”

This is what I learned in Law myself.

The states can't pass laws that negate federal law..

But, having said that, the federal government also has no ability to pass law that goes against the Bill of Rights.

A law that tells any citizen what they can or can't put in their body is as unconstitutional as any law you could ever make.

Therefore the law that says one can't consume or smoke a substance is unlawful already and the states have corrected their error.

I would sue the shite out of the federal government and demand the law recinded for going against the individual liberty of American citizens.

Oh, and I don't smoke. I don't even drink.

States will win this in the end.

This site needs to be read for better understanding why "Marijuana" or Hemp is illegal.

It is really simple, money, dollars $$$$$..

Trump better get behind this now as the movement is already past threshold to stop. Canada has legalized it already, states have legalized, and more will ensue.

The federal government is in for a war and rightfully so. The government has zero right to tell any human what he can or can't put in his body, worse is the fact the benefits of Hemp far exceed smoking the flowers and buds exclusively.
