Well, their current obsession level is kind of amusing. What will they do if they still don’t beat us?

This just proves how little brother that program really is. The only qualification they require in their coaches is that they had affiliation with LSU. God what a pathetic little loser of a program A&M has.

LOL, how vain of you. We want Aranda because he is a top 5 DC, and probably the only top DC that is willing to make a move right now. It's just an added bonus that we get to make a conference rival worse as well.

Jealous of A&M’s administration being serious about winning.

We were serious when we hired him too. aTm was serious when they thought they hired the Chief right out from under us. How did that work out?

Where are you getting this obsession thing from?

You think they went after Jimbo because of us? No

Theyre going after Aranda because he is the biggest name in the game.

Theyre looking to win. LSU is is teetering on nuclear level implosion

Trust me, they arent envious of anything LSU right now

Aranda will make roughly the same next year as he did this year. He’ll get a small raise the following year and then get a much bigger raise year 3. This is a 3 year deal getting finalized.

Doesn't matter how much you pay him. He can't fix the soft culture of football in TX. It'll be chavis pt II.

meh. My guess is a Jimbo/Aranda combo with a A&M that is willing to outspend everyone, A&M is going to win big and do it very soon.

I'm frustrated in two ways, that aTm is poaching our coaches, and our administration has time and time again failed on keeping coaches.

The Chavis situation
The Les Miles going to be fired than wasn't fired, when we apparently had Jimbo locked up
Than firing him after the Auburn game, and than hiring your DL coach to become the head coach.
Loosing Steele (not that we wanted to keep him and we Got Aranda out of it but still)
The Canada situation
Now the Aranda Situation.

If we lose both Coordinators we need to fire Alleva, I don't care if O goes with him. It's time for a culture change with LSU football. This feels like it's going the way of Tennessee, Florida, Notre Dame, etc. Use to be a great team now bottom of the nation.

If we're being honest, the Jimbo/Aranda combo is what most of us wanted..Aggies now have it

Stop with this. You guys act like the program runs itself and will continue to will 9+ every year no matter what. It CAN and WILL fall to shite if you let it. Other schools are fighting to jump over LSU, successfully.

We (the Admin) are letting them.

Bring him in and ask him what would it take to keep you at LSU . We want a long term commitment and at least match aTm offer.

Pretty obvious from reading posts which posters were here during the Archer/Hallman/DiNardo death spiral and which ones weren’t. I’d rather not be in the cellar of the SEC again. Unfortunately it doesn’t appear we have a savior at any level of the state that will save us from that end.

I was talking about their fans on this damn board. They would all line up and jump off a bridge if they drop a couple more in a row to us.
