Not much. Some of them come with free tuition for teachers’ children, though, so you can add 10k+ to that salary if the teacher has kids at the school. Not sure if most do that or just some.

That is true, I was just talking about salary from my experience with people I know. The real advantage for most of the people I know is the opportunity to send their kids to a better school for reduced or 0 tuition. Taking that into account, the total compensation is easily that.
