Y’all are going to be eating crow when it comes out RichRod was exchanging nudes with tranny hookers and arranging pay-for-plays on the work phone

You’re a terrible attorney and any judge worth their salt will throw your defense out in a regular basis. What’s your percentage?

Please point out what in that statement is false. Let’s start there.

Its subjective and vague. What was the point releasing this email to the general public? If they fired him, why release this email? Especially if they aren't even going to detail what this "concerning culture" was?

You know and I know this is all about marking Rich Rod with the "he sexually harasses people/RAPE CULTURE" garbage.

The "University Office of Institutional Equity" ? If thats not bureaucracy at its finest...

Our Mission The University of Arizona is committed to creating and maintaining a work and learning environment that is safe, inclusive and free of discriminatory conduct prohibited by the Nondiscrimination and Anti-harassment Policy. At the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE), we lead efforts to promote and uphold this policy and its goals, foster equity and opportunity, strengthen relationships across diverse groups, and support a campus culture of equality for all members of the University community.

Straight from the SJW handbook. This office is purely there to accuse people of rape before any type of evidence is found based on that stupid title IX bullshite.

Living in this gray area is dangerous to the future of justice in this country and I am afraid people are becoming more accustomed to "YOU'RE GUILTY BUT NOT GUILTY" in the public eye. Its only getting worse by the day, and eventually we'll have mobs storming homes for justice instead of police and juries.

Except that letter right there said UNSUBSTANTIATED. If it didn't say that, then I sit back and wait.

Probably not. The PR he's been set on the accusers side simply because they're women.

They may have violated some civil service rules (if Rich Rod qualifies) or some confidentiality provisions written into his contract or granted to University employees, but that’s not defamation.

Unsubstantiated as to the particular allegations made by that particular woman. “However, we became aware of information...”

Jesus Christ, are we reading the same statement?

Arizona isn't waiting for evidence because Title IX isn't about evidence, its about we think you might be doing something regardless of facts, so YOU'RE FIRED.

I’m not saying it’s defamatory. Burden of proof is on those who are claiming it is.

So go ahead and point out what in that statement is false.

You're telling me they aren't in some underhanded way blaming Rich Rod for what they believe to be a bad culture? its extremely obvious they are and how many coach firings do we get a full on letter like this detailing everything involved? How many schools send out a letter like this that isn't entrenched in some scandal? Did LSU send out a letter like this after Les Miles was fired? Did Tenn after Butch Jones? Did Florida after McElwain? Interesting Arizona felt the need to jump up and write out this thing and send it out so abruptly.

I don’t think they’re being underhanded; they flat out say they’re worried about the climate and direction of the program. However, that’s an opinion and by definition cannot be defamatory.

You and TigerOnTheMountain should brush up on defamation and then come back and talk

I’m not familiar with the UofA code of conduct for its employees. It’s also their out in this case. I may have misread what you initially said. Sorry been drinking.

Florida didn’t because they already came to a non disclosure agreement with that shark McElwain molested.

And why did they feel the need to air it out to the public in the form of a letter? Arizona has never sent out such a letter before, why did they need to send it out now and include this information WITH the Rich Rod firing? Explain that to me.
