O should not be the head coach if he hires the only interviewee he brought in makes him the highest paid OC in the nation and then four games in has a falling out and forced him to completely change his system

Agreed. But whosenl job is it to find the right fit? O right? Who hired Canada?
Whoever is OC needs to allowed to run the Offense.
O does not know O and needs to be hands off. That was one of the selling points when he was hir3d, that he would allow his coaches to do their job.

How many swings and misses will that take? Contracts and buyouts and wasted money. He interviewed him. Had to have him. Made him the highest paid OC in college football then decides the shoe don’t fit? Ok.
