Good. He deserves one. LSU has been low balling him. If he gets his due from another school, so be it. Nice change of scenery and an opportunity to possibly promote.

FWIW, Tub said a raise and extension is coming for both Raymond and Aranda.

He makes 375. Charles Kelly, FSU’s D coordinator and secondary coach made 500.

Good. Orgeron is pushing all the right buttons. Recruiting looking great, staff upgrades imminent and increasing the pay for those most deserving

Bruh, the Florida schools come after Raymond every year. Didn't you post something similar last year or the year before? Didn't both Richt and Fisher try to get Raymond.

His next move will be as DC, not DB coach for another school.

On paper that’s what is shown. TAF and others kick money up to these coaches that none of us even know about and it’s been going on like that for years.

Money will decide if he's all LSU or not. I wouldn't blame him one bit if he gets a huge raise for leaving .

You mean give him a raise because his $450,000 salary as a DB coach isn't adequate?

We freed up $125,000 when Thomas went to Tennessee.

Didn’t they both get a raise and extension last year?

We’re in a position to be held hostage by the best coaches on our staff every offseason.

Well we should have a shite ton of savings by promoting our Dline coach to HC.

We have one of the cheapest coaches in all the SEC

No. Because he is worth it. It's not about what is enough. It's about his market value and what you lose without him.

Like you and whoever delivered you.

Dumbasses preach loyalty from everyone else then shite on them as soon as they lose to Troy. Selective loyalty is no loyalty at all.

Raymond has Earned the Right to pursue anything he feels is best for him and his family regardless of whether you agree or get your feelings hurt. LSU paid Paveto, Mallory and Stud. The money is there. You snooze you lose. Take care of your people and you don't have to worry about being the lesser opportunity. Sometimes it's just time to go. Plain and simple. Grateful for what Raymond has done and will support him either way.

Seeing as Robinson is making more than $100k more, I’d say Raymond should get equal to him at least. I don’t care if his title is recruiting coordinator and assistant head coach.
