I purchased one from Newegg on Monday.
PS4 Pro w/ Controller, Final Fantasy XV and DisHonored 2 bundle for $344.
Seemed like a good deal to me.

Considering that you can put any 2.5" HDD in both models of PS4, this isn't a great suggestion. PS4 Pro is where I'd buy into if I was getting a PS4. Games look and run a little bit better. That's it for me. Not quite enough to justify buying it at the moment.
