I like to take my 6 year old daughter to look at the lights. Pretty awesome to see some of the stuff people can come up with.

I take the trolley a few nights during the season just to see the lights.

Sometimes. They have a holiday helicopter flight every year that's kind of cool. $30 for a light flight and it goes to charity.

No, I grew up. My driver drives me around to so I can look at them while I sip on my Pappy.

Yup. I like the ones that are synced to music. We have a couple in our neighborhood.

We went the other night and were somewhat disappointed, people don't decorate like they used to.

Yes. We usually go on the evening on the kids' last day of school before the holidays. They are already excited about no school for two weeks, so it makes it more fun. Then we go by my parent's place for hot chocolate.

I felt the same way, but from what I've seen going to and from work this year, there seems to be more people putting lights out this year, so I am hoping it will be a banner year.

Is this a freebie or do you pay like the one at Blue Bayou?

I've seen a good bit this year. It's just different. I seem to recall more 'lights' when I was a kid. Now I see a lot of inflatables.

For that kind of money you can drive around the Blue Bayou parking lot.

Drove around Tara the other night after dinner. There were a few good houses, but mostly just random inflatable shite in the yard.

One house had a video of Santa putting presents out in the dining room window. That was pretty cool.

Absolutely.

Put on some choir Christmas music and the joy and peace of Christmas music just comes alive!
