Why do y’all get so excited about the regular season? You know Harden and Flop city will choke in the playoffs like they always do. CP3 was acting like he won the finals tonight. I guess he’s never had that feeling and never will.

Yes they could’ve.
As soon as the Pels finished the 3rd using Damon fricking Jones, a G leaguer, I knew they were toast. Then, they decided to play through Boogie instead of the guards who were lighting it up. It’s terrible game managemen, and the were super short handed. The Pels bench scored 3 points. And you said it’s not like our point were from driving... yea. No shite. You don’t think Davis makes a difference? He can score from literally anywhere. That’s a hell of an effort for the Pelicans all things considered.

The Pels played great. And although they were short-handed, they weren't playing like a team that was missing their best player.
Tonight, the Pelicans would have beaten just about every team in the league with the way they were playing and shooting.

He could have shot better from 3 tonight? You're really going to say that?
If Davis plays with Cousins, all that happens is the Rockets put Anderson in and make Davis defend him at the 3-pt line, while Capela holds down the interior.
This Rockets team is deep and has many different looks.

i disagree with everyone saying the Pels win withDavis. its a completely different game with him in, and you have no idea of the outcome. Moore may not have gone for 30 whatever he did if Davis is in, nor may they hit those 3s.

I’m not saying he’s going to shoot from the three. The hell are you talking about? But at the end of the game he gets the ball inside and has a better chance than someone like boogie. Boogie gets so easily flustered and just can’t really score over people.
To play with the Rockets you have to shoot hot. Which they did. The game plan likely doesn’t change much with Davis in. But they’d give themselves more depth instead of having to use A g leaguer, and they would have more opportunities at free throws late.
Davis is 37% from three by the way, he absolutely can hit them at a respectable clip.
