What's the cutoff on what the committee thinks is a good team?

You going to the Sugar Bowl? My son and I will be in NOLA for New Years. Glad to get together for a beer or ten if you're there for the game.

No. Never said there was. But it's still on the resume and is something to be taken into consideration.

Does the playoff committee even know what they think? 6 days ago, Ohio state and bama were very close with little separation.

After ohio state beats their #3 ranked team, and bama sits home, bama becomes clearly better
Hocutt looks like a nervous wreck on TV and says some pretty dumb shite.

I've said a few times to not listen to what they say. It was ridiculous to overanalyze those comments.

You'd have to ask what they considered "good". Being #16 Doesn't really mean you aren't good, it's just that they think there's 15 teams that are better.

I've always thought the committee should just flat out not talk. But, everybody would be up in arms about the shroud of secrecy. Plus, ESPN wants its weekly TV show. Hocutt's comments from last week and what eventually transpired has opened this thing up to looking like a fashion show.

It isnt really overanalyzing

He said they had little seperation

One week later after one team beat a top 5 team and the other didnt play, it became clear seperation

That isnt over analyzing, that is simply listening to words being spoken.

And in a division with 120+ teams, you're telling me only 10 of those can be considered "good"?

Probably. As I go to many of their big games like this.

I went to the FSU game this year, so I'm having second thoughts on going to NOLA again(I was there last time y'all beat Alabama).

But my mom asked me if I'd go if she could convince my dad to make the trip. So I'll probably be there.

I'm down. Bring lsupride.

Maybe OSU playing a close game with Wisconsin made the committee realize that there was actually significant separation between Alabama and OSU.

Not only that, but he was oddly specific about it.
