Yeah, Bill Clinton didn’t rape Juanita Broaddrick and OJ didn’t kill his wife and that waiter.

Not to change the subject, but how do you feel about Joe Scarborough murdering that young intern?

I’ve looked into it; too much for me to buy. I’ve got many people on the Left which I’ve accused of horrible things, so I’m not a hypocrite due to this single point.

So you're saying he is not only a murderer, but a clever and deceptive murderer who can cover his tracks? Thats even more insidious.

What does the constitution have anything to do with the fact Roy Moore is a child molester?

Well, I don't know about any of that, but the Constitution has everything to do with Trump not obstructing justice.

What about Harvey Weinstein then? You’re debating on a pillar of shattered glass. I’m debating on one of concrete to where I’m fair and critical to both sides. frick the jury system here. Do you think Justice was served on Thursday in SF?

Also, I think it's a stretch to give prosecutorial discretion to the POTUS. That is dangerously close to whimsical execution of the law which is what the Revolution was start to combat.

Is not the Justice Department part of the executive branch? Is it not the job of the executive branch to ensure that laws are followed and to punish those who don't. Congress makes law and the executive branch enforces law. Decisions have to be made as to the direction of the law enforcement body, because you just have to prioritize. The president absolutely has the authority to direct the direction of the justice department. It is literally his job, in my opinion.

Also, it seems that the legal experts agree that Trump can't be indicted. So the only route of action is for Mueller to turn any findings over to Congress. Then Congress would have to impeach Trump. Congress will not impeach Trump for what he told Comey.
