2014 Ohio State jumped from #6 to #4 even though #4 TCU beat their opponent 66-3. Obviously Alabama has a lot more cache than TCU but I'll be far from surprised if Ohio State ends up getting in.

No if they would've thrown the flag for PI they would've been offsetting and replay the down. Both happened during the duration of the play.
