One YUGE positive about bringing in Les would be that after 5 years watching of Lyle and his zone read take it up the arse soft as peanut butter squads, Tennessee players will start playing like MEN again.

Don’t really see Tee signing up for it. He’s not coming if not as a head coach, IMO.

He might with the HCIW monicker knowing that Miles could probably retire soon.

If Currie asked him? Not a chance in hell he'd take that deal. But if Phil asks, not out of the question by any means.

Unfortunately, you will have no idea what a competent QB looks like unless you look over at the other sideline.

Miles for like 3 years with a clear succession plan to Tee would be a home run after this disaster of a coaching search imo

And LSU benefits because the Miles buyout payments end!

PLEASE MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

Both teams get stronger, Bama gets to stress out about Phil AND Les. It's a win win

Les just bought a new house in BR

Maybe les is taking pointers from Phil on how to run Out Aleva and get the AD Job.

He can then fire O and hire BDP, Crowton or the other guy for HC and call toss right dive from the luxury suites

Might be easier to do if Les goes up to UT as HC for a few years, then comes back later to take over from Alleva.

I’m thinking phat Phil wants a coach that he can pull the strings of. Les Miles isn’t that guy, won’t be anyone’s puppet. Carryon...

He did this before Tennessee went full-retard for a week and ended up being the laughing stock of all civilization. If Les gets offered the Tennessee job, he will take it, and I wish him the best.

If Les Miles, with all his sh*tty LSU offenses, goes to TN and brings in Tee Martin and slings it all over the yard while poaching Austin Thomas, I won't even melt, I'll kill myself.

It would be a game changer for UT. They need some stability and the solidness that he brings. TM as OC/HCIW would also appease the fan base. By the time they got solid, Les moves on and UT is left in better shape than it has been in for years.

Les would have to be hobbled on interfering in the offense. Phil would also have to OK all hires to avoid bringing in old friends that suck.

This would right UT's ship.
