Also, just food for thought. When outsiders make fun of states like bama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Kentucky they aren’t thinking of black people for represenatation...........

I never said anything about all black people being culcha'd but they do commit the vast majority of violent crime in the South. I'd be willing to bet it's 90+% of murders in NOLA, BR, Birmingham, Jackson, Memphis, Atlanta etc.

There is no “argument”. The south is, by every objective measure, shittier than everywhere else, and it’s not because of just black people. The whole population takes blame
