Very few do. Look at the most dangerous cities in America and you'll find one thing in common.

Doesn’t get more dangerous than parts of New York, Chicago and Los Angeles and they seem to be doing ok.

Hell even Compton, CA has some thriving businesses. I should know - I have to drive through there often.

Your link doesn’t prove anything. Louisiana ranks last in almost every meaningful statistic yet Michigan, Maryland, and Florida (doesn’t count as the south) have cities with similar or bigger black populations but are far better off as states.

Hard to say if that is true or not, much like Seattle they live in a bubble devoid of other races. It would be hard to really know how one feels about other demographics when there is little exposure. Seattle has a 4% minority population, and the majority of that are Asians. The few black people that are there is in constant decline because they are moving to places like Atlanta and Houston to live in a more diverse population.

High school kids all over Alabama would say the same thing
