That’s pretty much how charter schools work

For someone, like me, that’s Pro-Life. Life begins at conception. So his statement of “not having kids” begins with actually thinking about what the outcomes are when one has unprotected sex.

School lunches at Jesuit from 97 - 01 were awesome. Double helpings of lasagna and shepherd's pie all day.

Pretty sure my tax dollars aren't going to help buy Jesuit students' lunches

Well beyond college little tard. Someday you'll grow up and have to deal with the real world were you won't be getting handouts and participation trophies.
Someday.

haven’t read through all 11 pages but I coach at a high school and the lunches are simply awful. Extremely small portions, very low protein. There is no way it meets the nutritional needs of teenagers. If public schools and politicians really cared about the health of kids they wouldn’t be axing physical fitness programs at the rate they are

At the school where I teach, EVERY kid gets free breakfast AND free lunch. Most of the kids don't eat.

Then why do you pay for the free breakfast
What doesn't get spent is refunded. We do it in case she decides wants it.

So this is good because fat Timmy jr wants his fried chicken for lunch. And Timmy sr think he should get what he wants, even if it’s unhealthy (Timmy sr is this board)

The schools here never stopped having whole milk or salt.

School lunches have been arse for a long, long time.
At least for our district, it's because they've gotten away from actually cooking the lunches in the school itself (they're "warmed up" food brought in from a central kitchen) and because of what's been eliminated for food allergy purposes.
