This guy is clearly misappropriating funds/abusing his power but life of luxury is flying to Tahiti on a private jet and his wife driving a mink jaguar.
His kid drives a jeep for pete's sake!

Having a couple of state troopers at $50k/yr (at minimum) each to continually act as chauffeurs and bodyguards to escort your wife around doesn't sound like a life of luxury?
