Do Jordan brand shoes run large, small, or true to size?

I'm thinking about buying these classics for city league bball starting in the spring, but I've never owned a pair of Jordans.

I wear a 12 in Nike, so should I also wear a 12 in Jordans?

$650 is steep for a bball shoe, but the future missus just gave me the OK to pull the trigger

I've spent money on stupid shite but $650 on a pair on Jordans is fricking stupid.

I also have at least $8000 dollars worth of shoes in my closet so I'm a shoe whore

Are they heavy? I have some Nikes that are 14 oz and some lighter Lebrons that are like 11oz. What are these Js?

It doesn't matter what size they are when they're hanging from a telephone wire.

That's my hold up as well. I was raised decently frugal and I'm picturing my dead dad rolling over in his grave with me buying shoes for $650

If you really want those, I'll sell a pair to you. Also, they are $750 at flight club for size 12.

Make me an offer. No I won't charge you $749.

I had no idea "normal" basketball shoes were 600 fricking dollars. Are these rare or something?

You've got it backwards. I get to buy $700 shoes because I chase ambulances so well

Do they start out that expensive, or is this after they've become hard to find? I know people flip out over jordans, but when they launch they're not 650 bucks are they?
