Les is responsible for the Lack of depth on both lines. He got the talent, he could recruit but filling needs was a weak spot.

He was responsible for 5 offensive linemen leaving anywhere from 3 months to 10 months after he was fired, and for 3-4 defensive linemen getting suspended, injured, or ejected from a game 12 months after he was fired?

So Les is responsible for all the linemen that just up and left the program this year?
