I just cannot wait for this film. It’s been building for TEN years now. What Marvel has accomplished is nothing short of incredible.
They know how to put together a trailer. Loved the glimpses of various battles, the Avengers theme playing throughout is iconic, and most importantly that Thanos comes across as a total badass. Nothing really spoiled just wetting the appetite.
It’s well documented that the MCU has had a villain problem (though I’d argue they’ve done a nice job in phase 3) so Thanos has to deliver for this to work well. I want him to be this generation’s Darth Vader...a beacon of total destruction and near hopeless to defeat, killing some heroes, and just on another level. That looks promising from where I’m sitting.

Jesus dude. So many years have been leading to this movie. This gave me goosebumps.
A couple of things I noticed:
Thanos looks great. Better than he has in any previous movie. I'm glad they put a lot of money and time into making him look legit.
This looks dark. I'm sure it won't be all dark, but the Russo's have a history of implementing serious elements and finding proper balance with fun and comedy. It will more imperative than ever to get that right with this movie. So many different aspects and characters.

I agree that some characters need to be killed off, and thanos needs to dominate for awhile until the good guys inevitably win.

Finally watched it. That is a lot to absorb, but very solid trailer. Shows just enough without revealing too much. Ant-Man and Hawkeye being absent is strange. Cap looks awesome. And Thanos looks great. Solid CGI, and looks like he can do some damage.
