What's Austin's connection to Mullen (I assume this is who you're talking about)?
I posted in V&S's thread on SEC rant that Thomas has the complete trust of Orgeron and his staff and has a big role on player evaluations. I don't see him making a lateral move unless he was 100% confident he would also have the same level of trust from the UT staff. I'm sure the money of what UT offers and a potential LSU raise would be a wash. But, obviously, Knoxville is a better place to live than Baton Rouge, so you have that going for you.

Mullen turned down their request to interview when Cohen gave him an extension for 6 mil/year and a 1.5 mil raise for assistants.

Not a cancer center but the Patricia Neal Rehab Center (named for the actress known for Breakfast at Tiffany's) specializes in rehab from stroke, brain and spinal injuries. His son is past cancer now but the center could help with any lingering issues given he had a type of brain cancer.
