I still have my doubts as to if Ogeron is the right guy for the LSU job. But that sound bite was genuine, instead of his fake portrayal of how he thinks he's supposed to act as the HC. And that's a good thing. First and foremost, O has to be himself (good bad or otherwise).

That was a response of a guy who felt probably like a lot of fans felt after the game. LSU was not out-classed and out-manned. They simply just failed to take advantage of the few opportunities that presented themselves. No, they didn't "deserve" to win. Because great teams make plays when presented the opportunity. But the thought that LSU didn't belong on the field Sat. night was put to rest. Hopefully O can take that intensity and channel it into the final 3 games and use it as a spring board into recruiting
