Get Brennan some reps in these last few games an potentially let him play the whole bowl game. With the way O talks he isn't going to feel sorry for Etling

O knows his job over the next 2-3 years hinges on Brennan's development

If coach O knows that, then why has he played him in only 4 games for very limited time?

It would seem to me that if Canada thought the kid could be a weapon at this time in his career, the kid would have seen more time.

So exactly how am I supposed to feel? Because apparently being disappointed with the loss but seeing some positives in it is the wrong way to feel.

No but there's a lot to build
On. And there's a core group of young leaders that we're not gonna back down. I loved seeing Rashard and Devin do that on the last drive. This is the fearless core we need to take tbat next step by beating Bama and getting to Atlanta. Rashard Devin Adrian Magee garret brumfield grant delpit foster Moreau Ingram/Charles chaiison Taylor Stevens Phillips .. our WR group Dillon drake Sullivan and dee. All These young bucks are for real. Add guys like fehoko shelvin moss and I'm telling u that team can be special. I know it's the next year narrative but I would fell really good about 2018.

Takes time to get the Les Miles mediocrity mentality out of a program.

we have WAY more of a mediocrity mentality now than we did with Miles.

people hold have been outraged to be a 3 TD dog if Miles was still here.
but right now we seem to accept it.

when Miles lost by 2 TDs on the road to Bama with a poor passing game, we got out the pitchforks.
now, we’re praising O.

right now, 2 of O’s “big” wins that people are bragging about is against a coach the just got fired and a interim that will not be kept on as full time HC.

great, we used the jet sweep instead of the toss dive.
same results.
but prior to this year, these results were unacceptable and reason for wholesale firing.
this year, “wow! we going the right direction”

frick, I guess they don't. LSU gained 183 yards on the ground against bama in 2014.

Yeah, on 58 fricking attempts.

I’m not content with losing.

Another Bama game we were forced to play with a below average QB.

It’s getting old.

Not me... We got whipped by them AGAIN... They made it look easy in the 1st half and we got beat up the second half....

All the LSU homers can say what they want... We are no better than AU in the SEC behind Bama.........

For the record, I'm no Ogeron fan. I think Alleva fricked that up about as bad as you could. However, Canada is a really good OC and if we can recruit well over the next two years, we will be a force on offense. You're clueless if you watched that game Saturday night and didn't recognize that the scheme created opportunities all over the field.

10-3 is a positive in the sense where LSU has come from earlier in the season and the fact that they haven’t had a double digit season since 2013. It’s called progress. Content no, but pleased about the direction and something to build on. The Nerds that act like they know football and yet have never played a significant down of football and would pee all over themselves are the ones bitching.

I’d rather the nerds, who have intelligence and can grasp concepts like administration, than the high school JV team heroes who cream themselves when their meatloaf coach says “we’re coming”.

Really, the only way you could be encouraged by what you saw yesterday, is if you lowered your expectations when we lost to Troy and MSU.

Holy frick, you're a moron.

And so are you dipshite. you just said you expected a loss and are now pissed that it happened. Get over yourself you sanctimonious prick.
Miles would have lost that game by 30 or more.

If you can't see the improvement in this team in the last month or so......you don't want to see it.

I'm not at all. Played our best offensive game against Bama in a long time, and still only managed to score a measly 10 points.

Yes, there were a few signs of life last night, but still a big separation between the two teams.

I’m pretty sure the only games Miles lost by 30 in 11 years were to Florida in 2008 and Auburn in 2014. O already has 1 30 point loss, to Miss St and also did something Miles never did, lose a no conference game at home to a noN P5 team.

Yeah, people just say stuff without thinking.
