That's a weird place to do a terrorist attack, so I wouldn't think that's the case in this instance.
Right next to Manhattan CC and Stuy HS and near Rockefeller Park and a movie theater. About half a mile away from 9/11.

Sounds like this was some kook who decided to go rogue and inflict carnage on his own. I doubt this is an international terror attack with funding/support from an organization.

There is a small school bus surrounded by a ton of 1st responders. Hope it isn't a part of it.
