Maybe the idea was to get CNN/MSNBC/ABC/CBS all spun up with the Manafort nothing-burger (Trump related, anyway) then put that DNC crap in there once the pump was primed.

I'm sure he'll say he wasn't aware of the actions of his foreign policy adviser lol.
The great thing about the Statement of Offense for GP is that it mentions quite a few people on the campaign staff without naming them. So you can bet there will be a bevy of indictments coming sooner than later.
Edit: assuming they also made misleading statements to the FBI. Wonder who they'll flip next.

Negative friend, Mueller is no friend to the White House. These indictments being LEAKED on Friday, to be speculated on all weekend, the same week that the DNC has huge egg on their face.
Mueller completely changed the narrative. He's just as dirty as everyone else in Uranium One/Collusion Gate and he's going to make sure none of them go down.
