Sorry about the assholes. This board is definitely worse than it was a couple of years ago.
Anyway, you would need to get the ducks young or clip their wings. Either way you would need to be there most everyday to imprint on them that you’re trying to help them.
If your only there once every couple of weeks, I’m afraid they wouldn’t last long. And after they molted they would fly at the first signs of wild ducks if they didn’t get regular food.

OP, a very bad idea. Heck, I want some for my pond, but my dog would get them.

Thanks for the advice. I guess I’ll see if my neighbors want to feed ducks every day...
