Ole Miss is a tomato can and I thought we had a decent chance of beating FU. I thought Auburn would be a major upset if we pulled it off.

If I had to bet after Troy I would have said 5-3, with us beating FU or Auburn but not both.

I don't expect to beat the gumps because the gap in talent and coaching is too big and REC zebras will step in if needed. Tennessee and Arky are easy wins. Aggy is a little tougher out, but we have their number. 8-4 is most likely because I have a feeling we're going to find a way to lose one we shouldn't, especially with the Bama hangover.

We would be undefeated with either of them.

Weird isn't it

When you consider that we have a new OC, tons of freshamn playing, lack of depth on the OL, and our two best playrs on offense and defense have been injured or grossly out of shape, it really isn't very wierd.

Is this going to be an excuse every time we are breaking in a new coordinator?

Because under the current model, that could very well be every single year.

I am extremely impressed with the rebound. While still a massively flawed offensive team, they've managed to get it together on defense. I'll be interested to see Canada's offense in a year or two when he gets the players he wants.

That being said, hopefully Aranda sticks around next year. I one hundred percent could see him getting a head coaching job after this year. He's taken a team who's best player basically gave up this offseason, and turned them into a quality unit through coaching all while dealing with a turmoil filled season.

We should finish 9-3

I think this team has legitimately turned the corner.
Arkansas is really bad. Tennessee is really bad A&M is still A&M.

They're playing way better than I thought they would. It could be a sign it's all coming together for team chemistry and the young layers. Took awhile for Canada's scheme to sink in. That said, we'll know what they're made of against Bama. Will we see the team that played Troy or will we see the team past few weeks? If they could beat Bama the sky is the limit for this team especially going into next season.

Let's be real here though, Florida and Ole Piss are awful teams. Auburn is good and a definite signature win. They destroyed Arkansas yesterday another horrible team. SEC honestly sucks this season. Past Bama they play nothing but bottom of the SEC teams. They should win them but it would depend on how they play in Bama. Either that tiger pride rides high or Saban sucked all the pride out of the team...again.

After the Mississipi State game. If someone told you we would be 6-2 everyone would have taken it.

But if before the season someone told me we beat Florida and Auburn I would have thought we would be 8-0.

Which is pretty crazy considering we should have the ended the season likely 10-2 without the Troy loss. Not gonna say we "should have won" the State game because they handed us our arse.

Actually what I think should be more exciting is that we may be able to make a real playoff run next year in a down SEC where a ton of coaches are about to get replaced. Thankfully Bama is at home, but unfortunately Georgia rotates on.

No. It isn't. You aren't even asking a question. You are making a stupid prediction based on nothing of substance and masking it as a question. Your agenda is clear. I don't understand why you are now deciding to be a pussy about it.

One of us is being a pussy for sure

It’s absolutely a prediction AND a question. Neither was masked at all.

I said under this model we could be hiring new coordinators every single year.

Because of that I asked if breaking in new coordinators will be an excuse every time we lose games early with those new coordinators.

So answer the question, pussy.
