I thought we’d be 5-3. The Auburn game was a great surprise, but Florida and Ole Miss are awful and both will be lucky to get to 6 wins.

We just completed maybe the weirdest road to 6-2 I’ve ever seen:
Blown out @ Miss State
Lost at home to Troy
Consecutively beat Florida (road game), Auburn, and Ole Miss (road game)

I thought LSU would be 6-2, after the Bama game. So they will be 6-3 after Bama,
And have undeachieved compared to where I thought they would be.

Honestly thought we'd be 3-5 maybe 4-4 at this point after the Troy game. What a weird year.....

Before the BYU game I expected LSU to be either 7-1 or 8-0 going into the bama game.
After the loss to troy I didn't see how this team could possibly rebound and turn the season around.
Somehow they found the resiliency and guts to do it.

Any season then includes a loss at home to Troy will be in under achieving season unless we win the west.
Preseason I thought we would be seven and one or eight and zero going into Bama. I didn’t succumb to the thought process that had ius severely under talented due to The Troy embarrassment . After we did lose to Troy, I had is at 7-5.
So, I will fess up as to not expecting us to be at 6-2 at this time.

After Troy and witnessing our OL I didn't think we'd win an SEC game.
Having said that I don't think enough credit has been given the coaches and OL players for such a rapid turnaround. Saadique is going to rejuvenate faith in our OL tradition. Dude is big and will get bigger and better.
