Not knocking this year. We have everything to play for.

But take a look...

Greedy williams comes back better than before.

Devin white is a SOPHMORE.

Frosh O line just grew up before our eyes against a top 10 team.

Brennan takes over on O.

Canadas offense will be better implemented with a MUCH better line to protect the QB..

Dont think ive ever been this attached to an LSU team before. 2011 was great, but this is my favorite team . Guys looked adversity in the face and said "frick you" .

The schedule doesn't set up as well for LSU as it did this season.

Instead of opening with a bad BYU team, LSU is going to open with a Miami program that looks to be on the upswing.

Tennessee rotates off the schedule. Georgia rotates on (though the game is at home); LSU also goes to Auburn, Florida, Ark. and A&M. The good news it it's only 4 SEC road games as opposed to 5. The downside is Ark. and A&M may have new coaches to give some life into stale programs. While not being 0 for 18 years, LSU hasn't exactly owned AU on the road. Florida has to be better, right?

CEH will be pretty good, but yeah, it is a major concern.

Do you think Canada and Aranda both are back next year?

We are set up nicely for the next two years.

Expect to get the whole line about “next year u” thing from the “realists.” Never mind that it is a credible observation. They are like Pavlov’s dogs and you just rang a bell. Nothing brings them out of wood work like “ next year” or “Troy”.

It's always been a credible observation when it was made, and then 3-4 losses happen.

We'll know next spring. If Traore comes, plus the 3 JR linemen return, and a quality RB comes onboard, and the two TTech transfers are legit, and a couple quality DT's sign, then it's reasonable to think the team will be significantly better. I think you need almost all of those things to happen though.

And Raymond.
He's been flirting with DC positions in the past few off seasons.
I think we lose at least 1 of the 3.

RB, WR, and CB are going to take some hits. And all three groups will at least start the season worse than they ended this season. WR and CB could be good, but RB is probably going to remain a weakness.

Schedule is tough.

Realistically
DL will be better and deeper.
LB will be better
CB won't be better
Safety about the same.

WR won't be better
OL should be better.
RB won't be better
QB always a question mark, but I there's reason to be excited about Brennan (and Narcisse).
