All I get, is alerts from sofi, telling me auph is at an. All time low.

I'm shocked the guy who claimed he could get 30 per share in a sale hasn't threatened a law suit.

Weird thing many huge investment firms have been buying. Into the stock recently.

Anybody who loaded the truck up on this and SLI sure could have made a lot more money elsewhere both seem to be dead money.

Pissed I didn’t sell at $30

Happy I sold at $8

Originally bought at $5 but like someone else said earlier screwed up my cost basis right before the run up to $30. Ended up with a loss.

This thing probably goes private at 12 a share
If the big money is buying, as painful as it is, probably should be buying too

no, but i did get my voting stuff vial email.

How the f is Peter still CEO??? And where is our savior, who threatened law suits, because he had a buyer for $30 a share(so he claimed).

And for the record, almost 700K+ has been bought up by big investment firms, and it could be closer to 1mil worth of stock by now.

Good letter from ILJIN this morning:
quote:

It is simply not right that while shareholders are suffering major losses, those same executives and Board members responsible for such losses continue to collect hefty amounts of compensation -- including substantial amounts of free RSUs -- from the Company as if nothing had happened. In our view, the only way we can enforce accountability is to make our Board an independent board, and what this means is that the Board composition must be changed, so that the Board may effectively act as a check and balance to Company management.

Class action lawsuit should be filed.

They have been terrible with the stock price and their fiduciary duties as board and ceo
