Having a hard time deciding what the get my wife . Jeep grandcherokee with the eco diesel or the new Ford Explorer . What do you guys think ?

Jeep for sure.

Although the new Explorers are nice, the Jeep reliability wins.

Ford Explorers can be big man. You sure she'll be able to park that thing? Most women have issues parking Civics, now give them an Explorer and you'll be parking at the back of the parking lot every time you go anywhere

It’s just the opposite. Jeeps have horrible resale value because they are notoriously UNRELIABLE.

Just the opposite in my experience. Every person I've known with an explorer has had major problems

Never had a problem with mine. 8 years old with 160k miles...zero issues other than general maintenance.
