How many on here now blasting Weinstein, praised Heff?

Both of these men loved to walk around in robes and sexually prey on young women. Are we to pretend that Hugh Hefner never exposed himself or forced himself on young women? Are we to assume that he didn't use his position of power to sexually prey on young girls?
But somehow, Heff is viewed as a revolutionary and an advocate for civil rights, blah, blah, like this somehow excused his practices.
Didn't Weinstein also give money to women's causes and do other philanthropic deeds?
It's not only Liberals that are hypocrites, but society as a whole.

Well Heffner was upfront with what he was about.....I don't recall ever hearing stories about him doing the type of things Weinstein did....he fricked lot of Playmates but he didn't threaten, coerce, or rape them.

I would guess the difference is that he never hid the quid pro quo . That was his stated MO. There was an honesty to it and the young women knew the deal . And the industry itself was Sex.
