I know we don't watch NFL anymore but Panthers vs Eagles

Damn two 4-1 teams getting it on a Thursday Night. Eagles could have 3 game lead on division by end of the weekend and the Panthers are gonna push Falcons for the division.

Really shocked what Doug Peterson has been able to do with the Eagles in less than 2 years after the "Chip Kelly" experiment.

Saints are getting healthy, 2-2, and look to be getting better after a putrid start. Also, the one loss the Panthers have was getting destroyed at home to the Saints. NFC South is pretty stacked again this year as it's really anyone's division.

All the talking heads are arguing the Lane Johnson element as the reason Philly may lose tonight, he's just one guy and it's a team sport and completely devoid of full context. Will his absence make a difference? Probably but there's a Carolina defense with Peppers out there, Cam's on a hot streak, playing in Charlotte, Philly's pass defense this season is atrocious, Ed Dickson, Philly added new pieces in the offseason. Honestly, it appears a push on its face but most of the factors translate to a likely Panther win with huge implications on the South race. Should be a compelling game.
