Is it true that Carter Page interviewed with the FBI for 6 hours without a lawyer present?
Page is a CIA agent, so nothing strange about it.

It would stupid to let trump speak to mueller. Trump is fast and loose with words, and it would be pretty easy to catch him in a lie. And that lie would likely have nothing to do with the investigation at hand. Making false statements brought down stewart, libby and a bunch of others.
I agree...Trump's ego could get him in trouble here.

it's posturing, people. Talking about this is the equivalent of discussing fiction.

Depends, would he be under oath like Elvis of Arkansas who had to be subpoenaed and force to testify, or would he be interviewed like GWB in the Plame case?
Or like Hitlary's off the record tea time with the FBI?

First question: "What is your net worth?" There is no proof that he has ever been honest about that.

Relevance? This is proof positive it is a fishing expedition Dems want. You don't care about meh Russia because you know it's bs. You want something, anything on trump.
Don't you have some rape victims to make fun of you sicko?

If this does happen it needs to be public

Unless what you are trying to do is get out in front of the investigation, get Mueller to interview you before Mueller has accumulated even more testimony and evidence.
That way you reduce the exposure, since it’s reasonable to assume the questioning will only be tougher and more boobytrapped the deeper into the investigation it gets. The more an investigator knows, the better the questions he can ask become.
If you can arrange softer terms, all the more better. Then your team can spin the PR as Trump has been proven innocent, use the additional period afterwards to ramp up witch hunt claims, and resist future follow-up questioning after the investigation proceeds further. Or, if Mueller turns them down, like he is likely to do at this point, claim it is a witch hunt on those grounds because Mueller refuses to let Trump clear his name.

for transparency. If POTUS didn't do anything wrong like most people say lets get it out there.
If he kies it will be easier to impeach him

Even better rule if your client is Donald Trump. Tim O'Brien's lawyers got Trump to admit to ~30 lies during a civil deposition (and of course also lied again during the deposition). I just don't see that going well with Mueller's people.

Oh, doing this sooner will probably reduce risk rather than doing it later. As potentially mueller will gain more information as he goes.
of course, you just indicate why mueller will pass on this.

And there would be none.
