Green Onion/Fresh Sausage in Houston area Grocery Stores?

Back in Louisiana, I could get green onion or what some people just referred to as fresh sausage. Now for the life of me I cannot find it where I live in The Woodlands/Houston. I can get Smoked, Italian, or Brats, but that's about it other than random chicken sausage or something. HEB, Kroger, Randall's, Sprouts, Trader Joes, etc. don't seem to carry it.
I've made it myself in the past, but don't feel like doing it any time I want it. Actually used to have a big bag of the seasoning from the Rouse's butcher to make my own. Might have to get that again next time I'm there.

That was a great place, and yes, they would have fresh sausage. Unfortunately, they closed several months ago.

Teets makes a great green onion and jalapeño fresh sausage. If you buy in bulk shipping isn’t too bad.

Rouses makes fresh sausage in store in 25lb batches. Maybe if you bring a local meat department manager a pack of the seasoning you want, Deep South Green Onion Sausage Seasoning is a good one, and tell him you want a 25lb batch they may do it.
