Didn't prepare too hard for bama. If fact, the coaches should give back their pay checks for that two week hiatus.

Yea all those buttons he pushed worked as interim when salvaging the season was the goal. Put actual team goals in front and this is what you get. Alleva is a count and a fricking half.

But mean ole Les practiced them too hard.
There were some clips from Bama players asking why they have been successful. Basically they said they work harder than anyone else.

Les was an honest person that you could trust.
All of the rumors of Orgeron trying to back stab Miles really makes you wonder what kind of person he is deep down. Probably not close to the same character of person as Miles.

Dude, several of us were warning that Alleva would botch the hire just like he did.

The best thing Les said this morning is that you don't talk about who you don't have.
"We're missing Rashard on the DL."
"We don't have a kicker."
Have I mentioned how much Ogre stinks at his job?

MessageHuck FinnLes on Off the Bench: Describes his teams' culture by Huck FinnI agreed that Les needed to go, but I still say that he handled about 90% of his job well. He recruited great talent, hired good coaches usually, kept the team playing with a pretty consistent attitude, stood up for his guys, and was a good ambassador for the university. If he could have just gone totally hands off with the offense and allowed the philosophy to evolve...
Oh, how easy it must be to forget those 4-5 losses a year. Gotta love PoorOleLess .

Alabama would love to see LSU rehire the man who has attempted to sabotage Ed O's tenure.

O is doing a good job of Chernobyl'ing his own tenure

Advice to Orgeron: "He needs to be less responsive." Basically, your team is what's most important, so don't sacrifice them to media sound

There is a SERIOUS lack of preparation.
Good thing we have hope and prayer.

The best days of Les were great. The last 5-6 years were what led us to being so fed up with him we let Joe A ruin the program.

No so fast my friend. LSU lost a couple of those games bc O players fumbled the ball at the goaline or got stupid personal foul penalties.

WTF are you talking about? Miles only had 3 seasons where he lost more than 3 games.

Les would still be the coach at LSU if he wasn't so damn stubborn. It's sad and disheartening that if he would have just adapted to this era of football he could still be the coach. He genuinely had a passion for LSU (not initially, but it grew on him).
TRUE.
2nd coach we have lost due to stubbornness ..
same thing w Cholly Mac

How about the 2015 game plan? Right. What game plan?

Miles lost 4 games one season, that was 2009.
Miles lost 5 games in two seasons, those were 2008 & 2014.
3 times in 11 full seasons. God damn Les.
I can't figure out why some of you knuckleheads don't look up the shite you toss out here on the rant. It's not that hard, but instead, guys like you cheeser, just post the first thing that pops into your head, without giving a flying frick if it makes sense or not.
