Why is a woman entitlted to half if the man was bringing in most of the money?
And men get shafted on child custody. And have to pay support.
Be careful out there friends.

How long were y'all married?

You're not wrong, but most crazy bitches can be spotted a mile away. You gotta be ignoring some major red flags to find yourself going through a divorce with a girl who only wants your money.

Pussy is great but it takes balls to make a baby

If you live in a community property state, everything earned after the marriage is part of the community. It's pretty simple. Can always opt out and use a separate property regime.

Yea, but women make .70 to our dollar so it evens out

It's one of the biggest injustices in our society that affects so many people yet it is rarely talked about as a problem in the mainstream.
Because the victim in these cases are men, the problem isn't taken seriously.

Everything purchased. Inherited property is still seperate.

It is what you agreed to by entering into a marriage in most places.

Meh, probably true a lot of times, but we sure must have some trash fckers around here for as many divorce and cheating threads that get started.

Lesson #1 for you youngsters- marry for money, not love or looks. You can send a chubby for a tummy tuck or a homely girl to the surgeon, and you can learn to love someone. But you can't teach a spoiled hot chick to earn money.

Has anyone watched the documentary The Red Pill by the former feminist Cassie Jaye?
Scruffy watched it last night. It covers the men's rights movement and is very well done.
Family court is an absolute 100% crock of shite for males. You could probably just outright call it discrimination.

Women only preach all that girl power and independent woman talk when it's convenient for them.
As soon as the going gets tough (whether changing a flat tire or during divorce settlements) all that nonsensical talk goes straight out the window and they are right back to being the helpless victim that society encourages them to be.

If you had invested $2500 in a lawyer to prepare a prenup you wouldn't be in this situation.
However, while you were out making the money she was raising your children (and probably working, too). It may not seem like it to you, but that is a huge thing.
