The dialogue and acting is laugh out loud bad, mainly because the Hmong(sp?) actors are ridiculous. It's a pretty terrible movie, and probably the first one where I started to think Eastwood was seriously overrated as director. frick the downvotes.

That's because they weren't actors. I appreciated the authenticity, as they seemed like actual people that could live next door to you
