You're confused.

This is a horrible assumption that legal immigrants aren't making sacrifices to get here.

You made an analogy comparing the abstraction of a persons opinion of having a "right" to be in this country, with the objective reality of a person being seriously injured. If the person was killed by the falling beam, others could seek valid recourse in the legal system. Apples to oranges imo.

False. I never equated the two. Go back and read what he wrote. I provided an illustration for a poster who evidently couldn't reason for himself why a foreigner would have the ability to bring suit in another country. I did not equate my example to illegals.

Thanks for coming out.

I was very young but I remember the journey here. My father and I were lost in the desert, starving, thinking we were gonna die. In the distance we saw a tree so we went toward it knowing that many times supplies are left at spots with trees. As we got closer, we could see the tree was draped with juicy bacon. My father and I ran towards it, both being ravenously hungry. As we got close I heard machine gun fire, and my father was hit multiple times. With his last breaths he yelled to me "Juan run! It's not a bacon tree, it's a... It's a... It's a ham bush"

So you are an illegal alien.

You should not benefit from the illegal act of your parents or the illegal act of whoever brought you into the USA illegally.

You seem to "reason" like a liberal sometimes. You're nit picking concepts imo. A persons opinion on any matter..whether that person is legal or not.. does not equate to legal standing.

This sentence makes no sense. It seems you are operating under the factually errant notion that rights have something to do with citizenship.

I'm not nit picking anything. You failed to comprehend what you read. It's that simple.

Filed in San Francisco means they will all be citizens for a couple years until it makes all the way up to the Supreme Court. That district is anti America

So who brought you to the border or across the border and where are they now?

Where are your other relatives?

If they are not in the USA then why can't you go back to where they are and live with them?

Maybe I misunderstood the point you were trying to make? Can you restate it using other words? This is what my reply was based on. I read your comment to state that the words of our founding fathers, laying the basic concept that the Constitution was to encompass, that applied to citizens of the newly formed United States, should apply to any individual in the world. Your point revolved around "unalienable rights".
What do I have wrong about your comment?
